Julian has been a long-term investor in the real estate sector and provides a steady hand in our core business. He has been a director of public companies in Hong Kong and Indonesia and is currently the executive officer of the multi-family office South Enterprise Holdings Ltd. here in Hong Kong. This multi family office started its business as a textile company in 1950’s in Hong Kong with roots stretching back to Shanghai. The textiles manufacturing businesses have since been sold and the office now predominantly deals in real estate and other more hands free type investment opportunities.
CHRIS LANE
Co-Founder: Chief Investment Officer
Chris started his career in real estate in 2006 developing property in Niseko, a booming ski resort town in northern Japan. For over 10 years, he worked as an in-house consultant for a local Japanese development company where he was able to learn the many aspects of the real estate sector including property management, sales transactions and project management. Moving to Hong Kong in 2011, he continued to work with his clientele of investment funds and HNW family offices across Asia to help them source, secure, and manage investment property around the world.
